Creating A Business Growth Plan & Turning It Into Action – DATE TBC
This full-day workshop is delivered live with an interactive presentation and discussion.
Session Date: TBA
You might have set out your growth ambition in your mind’s eye – but have you written down and outlined a plan to deliver growth in a way that’s clear and easy for you and your team to deliver? Can you rally your team around it, share out tasks and track progress together – do your team know what they need to do?
This one-day workshop demonstrates what best practice growth planning looks like, including highlighting the key components needed in a good growth plan, and how to track growth levers and pitfalls to avoid when setting realistic yet stretching growth targets.
The second half of the workshop focuses on turning plans into action and guides you through a handy framework, recording actions needed, assigning roles and tracking how you are progressing to ensure completion. You will be given tips on the language and behaviours that build momentum and how to tackle the blockers and obstacles which inevitably pop up and slow you down.
The workshop includes insights on growth planning from a production company guest speaker and the contents of this workshop have been road-tested by ambitious production companies looking for considerable growth in the next 5 years.
The format is discursive and interactive, delegates will be assigned tasks to help get them started on their own business action plan or improve one they have already started to make achieving it easier.
