She is a commercial consultant on IPA’s Commercial Certificate and New Business and Marketing Leadership programme and has co-authored the IPA  “Shift Happens” report on in-housing, speaker at Campaign summit.

Rhona has also designed and led the APA’s Get Set For Growth programme & in-house training and consults across advertising and production companies to develop actionable growth plans, sales credentials and business transformation strategies.
